My name is Cheryl, and I work as an LCSW with over five years of experience helping individuals transcend the effects of poor mental health and attachment injuries via collaborative treatment planning with clients.
My interest in mental health recovery stems from my own human experience with suffering and volunteer work in my community that led me to social work—plus reading 20 Years at Hull House by Jane Adams.
I benefit financially, of course, from working with my fellow humans, and I find the collaboration often to be a beautiful experience to observe people finding courage in themselves and learning to navigate the dumpster fire more skillfully over time, which can be mental health recovery.
